DeepSleep AI Hub ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and process your information.

1. Data Collection

• Account Information: We collect your email, profile picture, and name via Google Sign-In for data synchronization.
• Microphone & Voice Data: We request access to your device's microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO) to allow you to interact with the AI via voice. Your voice data is transcribed into text in real-time. We only store the transcribed text; raw audio data is deleted immediately after processing.
• Health Data (Health Connect): With your explicit permission, we read your sleep data from Health Connect (android.permission.health.READ_SLEEP) to analyze your sleep quality and provide improvement suggestions. We may also write sleep records to Health Connect (android.permission.health.WRITE_SLEEP). This health data is used solely for in-app health analysis and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
• Conversation Data: To provide AI sleep assistance, we store transcripts of your text/voice dialogues with our AI.
• Analytics: We extract mood, topics, and sleep-readiness data to personalize your experience.

2. Use of Information

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the AI conversation experience, personalize sleep suggestions, and analyze app performance.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following providers:

• Google Firebase: For authentication and cloud storage.
• Volcengine (ByteDance): For Speech-to-Text (ASR), Large Language Model processing, and Text-to-Speech (TTS).

5. Your Rights

You can export your conversation history or delete your account and all associated data at any time via the app's Settings menu.
